Post 1: Graphology

I have heard of graphology prior to our class, but in a very elementary form. Graphology is explained as using handwriting to determine personality and character. Word/ letter spacing, writing slant, pressure on paper, and letter size are indicators of personality traits in graphology. I remember in middle school I loved doing online psychological tests, one of them being a simple form of a graphology test. I write pretty big with a lot of spacing in between letters, which revealed on the test that I was confident, yet isolated. These results are consistent with what the lecture notes stated. I was shocked to find out that graphology tests are used in hiring employees for jobs, but the research does show evidence between employees selected using graphology and ratings of job performance. Below I will attach an online graphology test similar to the one I took in middle school if you are interested.
