Post 1/4 Earth’s shape & movement

Let me start by saying that I am always respectful of others beliefs, but it is hard to grasp why some people still think the earth is flat, or that the sun revolves around the earth. Despite satellite imagery proving otherwise, there is still skepticism. A nonprofit organization “flat earth society” has an information table at Stockton on days where students try to promote their clubs. As an environmental science major, I was eager to check this out and try to see things from a different angle. Regardless, it is nice that Stockton does not discriminate against any belief.
